Vin is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency team based in our Sydney office. Vin’s experience encompasses a broad range of commercial dispute matters, including complex corporate insolvencies and securities representative (class action) proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia.

    Vin represents clients in a range of commercial litigation matters, spanning contraventions of the Corporations Act, complex corporate insolvencies and shareholder class actions.

    • Acting for the applicant and group members in a securities class action against directors and auditors of a publicly listed company and advising on terms of settlement.
    • Representing insolvency practitioners in multifaceted claims against directors and auditors for breach of statutory and fiduciary duties, and negligence.
    • Assisting in advising a leading Australian mining company on a high-profile dispute concerning Corporations Act directors’ duties, equitable duties and remedies in the Federal Court of Australia.
