Ludovic is a Labor & Employment Practice partner based in Paris.

    He works with French and international clients to optimize the management of their workforce, handle their relationships with staff representatives, conduct reorganizations, adapt group policies to comply with French law and defend their interests before labor courts. He handles individual and collective matters of a sensitive and/or complex nature relating to senior executives, company downsizing, staff transfers, relationships with the labor administration and employment aspects of corporate restructuring.

    • Dealing with French individual and collective employment aspects of a worldwide acquisition and spin-off.
    • Managing from an employment aspect the merger of various French legal entities.
    • Advising French and foreign groups on their contemplated key executives’ hiring or exit projects.

    • Advising on strategic management of working time, reorganizations with staff transfers or structural changes of staff representatives’ structure.
    • Drafting high level employment due diligence review of a company undergoing insolvency proceedings.
    • Advising on collective dismissals for economic reasons.
    • Assessing legal risks and costs of economic or individual projects.
    • Settlement negotiations.
