Turki Radain is a projects associate in our Riyadh office. He counsels on projects, PPP transactions and privatisations, as well as a variety of domestic and international business transactions and arrangements, including foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, co-investments, joint ventures and corporate governance matters.

    Prior to joining the firm, Turki practiced at international law firms in Khobar, working on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and acquisitions for international, US and MENA-based clients. Accordingly, he has extensive experience across leading international markets in the MENA.

    • Advising an international joint venture with respect to contract interpretation issues related to an industrial gases project in Saudi Arabia.
    • Advising a bidding consortium with respect to a schools PPP project in Saudi Arabia.
    • Advising with respect to claims in relation to the Riyadh metro.
    • Represented the Public Transport Authority in all matters related to various regulatory reforms.
    • Represented various Saudi-based conglomerate in all matters related to litigation, alternative dispute resolution and amicable settlements.
    • Represented Saudi-based companies and mixed foreign companies in all matters related to their establishment in KSA.
    • Represented various Saudi-based companies in relation to contract terms advice.
    • Represented various foreign companies and Saudi-based conglomerate in relation to investments and joint venture in KSA.
    • Represented a Gulf-based company in all matters related to due diligence exercises, including drafting relevant acquisition reports.
    • Represented a major US-based conglomerate in all matters related to the acquisition of a minority stake in a Dammam-based manufacturer of heavy duty equipment.
    • Represented an Italian company in all matters related to the establishment of a manufacturing company in the oil and gas industry.
    • Represented a major Gulf-based human resources conglomerate undergoing an IPO.
