Turki Radain is an associate in our Riyadh office. He counsels on projects, PPP transactions and privatisations, as well as a variety of domestic and international business transactions and arrangements, including foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, co-investments, joint ventures and corporate governance matters.

    Turki also advises multinational and domestic clients on a full spectrum of employment law issues across the GCC and the broader Middle East region, including advising on onboarding and employee terminations and the corresponding immigration issues, business reorganizations and the management of day-to-day employment issues. Turki also has experience in employment litigation in KSA.

    Prior to joining the firm, Turki practised at international law firms in Khobar, working on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, employment matters and acquisitions for international, US and MENA-based clients. Accordingly, he has extensive experience across leading international markets in the MENA.

    • Advising a bidding consortium with respect to an ISTP project in Saudi Arabia.
    • Advising an international joint venture with respect to contract interpretation issues related to an industrial gases project in Saudi Arabia.
    • Advising a bidding consortium with respect to a school PPP project in Saudi Arabia.
    • Advising with respect to claims in relation to the Riyadh metro.
    • Advised a global telecommunication company on Capital Market Authority’s regulations on listed joint stock companies.
    • Advising the Ministry of Environment and Water and Agriculture in relation to a privatisation project of their veterinary vaccine centres.
    • Represented various foreign companies and Saudi-based conglomerate in relation to investments and joint venture in KSA.
    • Represented various Saudi-based companies in relation to contract terms advice.
    • Advised a human resources company in relation to their IPO (worked in-house alongside IPO adviser L&W).
    • Advised the General Authority for Awqat on regulatory matters.
    • Privatisation of government-owned Establishments of Motawifs for Pilgrims and transforming it into joint stock companies.
    • Represented a foreign entity in all matters related to the liquidation of its Saudi subsidiary.
    • Represented various companies before the Commercial Courts for a variety of cases.
    • Advised a well-known high profile Saudi family in all matters related to their Family Protocol and Shareholders’ Agreement.
    • Registered trademarks for large multinational companies and advised them on IP-related matters.
    • Assisted Saudi Arabia’s Water and Electricity Company in relation to a project to develop a reverse osmosis desalination plant in Rabigh.
    • Assisted a large US company in its acquisition of a minority stake in a Dammam-based manufacturing company of heavy-duty equipment.
    • Seconded to the Public Transport Authority for a project relating to regulatory reforms.
    • Established Italy-based manufacturing company in the oil and gas industry.
    • Represented a large number of employees in a class action against a large well known conglomerate in Al-Khobar.
    • Represented major market players in relation to contract terms with Saudi Aramco.
