    Additionally, Andrew represents professional athletes and entertainers in their business and personal ventures.

    In addition to his corporate and sports and entertainment practices, Andrew is a member of our Conflict Minerals team and has prepared conflict minerals filings for numerous public companies.

    Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a law clerk for a Fortune 500 company in the general building materials industry.

    • Conducting due diligence for an international producer and distributor of television shows related to its acquisitions.
    • Serving as business counsel to professional athletes and entertainers.
    • Serving as counsel to a professional football team in various business ventures.
    • Preparing annual meeting materials, including proxy statements, and other periodic filings for a NYSE-listed company in the entertainment and recreation industry.
