Tania’s commercial litigation practice focuses on handling contract disputes, class actions, and unfair competition/false advertising claims.

Her insurance coverage practice includes litigating contribution actions related to asbestos exposure and environmental contamination, and litigating coverage of property and personal injury claims.

Her financial services litigation experience includes representing a cryptocurrency exchange against user disputes, representing a major bank in contract disputes, resolving an insider trading dispute, and representing a financial advisor against breach of fiduciary duty allegations.

Tania is skilled in handling all phases of a litigation, from motion practice to all parts of the discovery process through to trial.
