Eric Rogers advises clients in the area of intellectual property. He has extensive experience advising on the filing and prosecution of patents applications. He also counsels on patent strategy, patentability, freedom-to-operate and IP licensing.

    Eric has extensive experience in the areas of biotech and biopharma, most specifically in antibodies, immunotoxins, immunotherapy and oncoimmunology. Having served for many years as the Director of IP for a clinical-stage biopharma company, Eric has a strong understanding of issues faced by clients on a daily basis.

    Prior to practicing law, Eric worked in academia studying developmental biology, cell cycle and cancer.
