Dr. Anna Rogler is an associate in our International Dispute Resolution Practice and is based in our Frankfurt office. She specialises in the fields of intellectual property (IP) and competition law, with a particular focus on IP-licensing, and practices in all areas of IP law, know-how and unfair competition law.

    She studied law at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt. After her first state examination, Dr. Anna obtained an LL.M. in European and international business law as part of her postgraduate studies. She received a scholarship from the Cluster of Excellence “Normative Orders” and completed her doctorate at the chair of civil law with a focus on international IP law. Her dissertation focused mainly on copyleft-licensing and open-source systems. During her legal clerkship, she worked in the IP practice group of a major international law firm with a focus on IP-litigation.
