Nancy Rowan is a member of the Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice, where she provides general counsel services for local government entities in all areas of law, including general corporate transactions, litigation management, and economic and community development.

With more than 15 years of practicing law, Nancy has extensive experience representing local government entities in performing day-to-day operations, drafting local ordinances, negotiating and drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with zoning and code enforcement laws. She has litigation experience representing government entities, officials and employees in administrative and court proceedings, in both federal and state court, related to civil rights/42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims, contract disputes and personal injury claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Nancy served as an Assistant County Attorney with the Office of the Fulton County Attorney, an Assistant District Attorney with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and an Assistant Solicitor with the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office. She has also worked in private practice.
