Eva Schalast focuses her practice on advising and litigating trademark, design and unfair competition matters. She has longstanding experience in advising national and international companies on the strategic development, management and administration of their international trademark portfolios. In addition, she litigates trademark infringement cases before all German courts. Eva also represents her clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market of the EU.

    Eva teaches at the Frankfurt School for Business and Management. She is an active member of the Law Committee of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA). She is also a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
