Before joining the firm as a law clerk, Daniel Sedlák worked for a law firm specialising in litigation and enforcement of monetary claims, and later for an independent lawyer who ran a general practice that specialised in insolvency claims trading and smaller business transactions, advising smaller Czech businesses and individuals.

During his studies, Daniel took part in multiple moot courts and other legal competitions in various fields in the Czech Republic and Estonia. In 2019, he was a member of the winning team in the first national consumer protection moot court.

Daniel joined the firm as a fourth-year student from the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he participated in numerous international dispute resolutions and advised on matters relating to EU regulations. Furthermore, Daniel has assisted the firm’s Labor & Employment and Intellectual Property & Technology teams in multiple cases.
