Bryony Sen qualified in the Financial Services team in September 2018 and is based in the Manchester office. Prior to qualification, she spent two years training with the firm. During her time in the team, Bryony has assisted with a range of transactions acting for both borrowers and lenders and covering multiple types of finance transactions, including private equity finance, acquisition finance, property finance and general corporate lending.

    • Acting for a global public listed company on the refinancing of its £300 million syndicated multi-currency revolving facilities agreement. 
    • Advising the sponsors and SPV borrower on its c.£88 million refinancing of the Carlisle Northern Development Route project scheme.
    • Acting for Endless LLP (and associated funds) and James Briggs Limited in connection with a group restructure and refinancing with Close Brothers Limited (and others) and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.  
    • Advising a private equity fund on its inaugural investment in the management buy-out of Prime Light Electrical Limited and related debt finance. 
    • Acting for The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited in relation to a £24 million investment facility which included a large property portfolio and BVI and Isle of Man elements.
