Sunrita Sen assists clients in a broad range of transactional and corporate matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international commercial transactions, business strategy, corporate governance and commercial real estate.

    Her corporate experience includes entity formation, contract negotiation, purchase and sale of real estate, organizational restructuring and general business advising pertaining to expansion within and outside the US.

    While attending law school, Sunrita was admitted to The Order of Barristers for Excellence in Courtroom Advocacy, received a CALI Award for Excellence in Business Planning and was a member of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. She is the co-author of a 2018 article concerning dispute resolution in the US in Legally India, a publication dedicated to providing information relevant to outbound Indian investment, and a 2019 article in the same publication, discussing foreign investments in the US.
