    Joint Ventures and Consortium transactions

    • Advising iSwap (an ICAP Group company), in respect of a joint venture to create an electronic trading platform for interest rate derivatives between ICAP and a number of leading investment banks including Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Citibank.
    • Advising a consortium of investment banks in respect of their contractual arrangements relating to an electronic interest rate derivatives trading platform run by MTS Group (a subsidiary of the London Stock Exchange Group plc).
    • Advising a consortium of investment banks in respect of their contractual arrangements relating to an electronic interest rate derivatives trading platform run by BGC Partners.

    Capital Markets

    • Regularly advising a range of brokers (including Peel Hunt, FinnCap, RFC Ambrian, Beaumont Cornish and N+1 Singer) in respect of fundraisings for companies listed on the AIM and Main Market.
    • Advising Outsourcery plc, a cloud computing business, on its initial public offering on AIM.
    • Advising 3Legs Resources plc, an unconventional oil and gas exploration and development company, on its initial public offering on AIM (including 144A offering).
