Nicole Sherwood is an associate in the Communications Practice. She has experience advising clients on a broad range of Federal Communications Commission (FCC) matters. Nicole has reviewed audits and appeals to ensure compliance with FCC rules, and advised on High Cost/Connect America, low-income and federally funded telehealth programs.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was counsel in an independent not-for-profit designated by the FCC to administer the Universal Service Fund and an intern in the Wireline Competition Bureau, Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the FCC.
