Elena Shleptsova has acted as a Russian trademark and patent agent since 1998. She has practiced in the intellectual property area for more than 15 years.

    Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Elena worked at other international law firms as a trademark and patent agent.

    Elena provides advice on the protection of intellectual property rights in the Russian Federation, focusing on issues of trademark registration and industrial designs registration.

    Elena is experienced in intellectual property rights registration, license and assignment agreement registration with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation.

    She has been representing the interests of 3M Company, Bunge, Sunrider, Strauss and GM-Avtovaz.
