Kashif Siddiqui is a Corporate partner in London. With previous experience at Allen & Overy, he specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations.

    He has a particular focus on inbound and outbound investments to and from the Middle East and considerable experience managing complex cross-border transactions.
