Beatrice Sidi is a senior associate in our Financial Services Practice Group. Beatrice’s area of expertise is real estate finance. Beatrice advises on the finance aspects of complex structured and secured real estate finance transactions in the UK and Europe.

Beatrice has acted for a range of clients, including banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers advising on investment and development facilities (with a particular focus on residential and commercial development, student accommodation properties and hotel financing).

  • Advising HSBC on the redevelopment of the RE Shoreditch to a new Mama Shelter hotel, and related direct agreements with the manager.
  • Advising HSBC on a refinancing of loan facilities secured on the Marriott Hotel, West India Quay, London and the Hilton Hotel, Deansgate, Manchester, involving complex direct agreements with the operators.
  • Advising ICG-Longbow on the refinancing of the former Royal Masonic Hospital in London, and subsequent advice on enforcement arrangements.
  • Advising GCP Student Living plc on £235 million acquisition and refinancing facilities from PGIM, secured on two portfolios of student accommodation assets, including significant assets in Shoreditch and Bloomsbury.
  • Advising Revcap and its JV partner BWRE on a development facility with DRC, secured on residential properties based in Spain.
  • Advising The Linton Group on the senior, mezzanine and junior refinancing of a residential property in Hampstead, London.
  • Advising ASELI plc and USS on financings in Germany, the Netherlands, France and Poland; and advising ASELI on fund-level facilities with Investec.
