Jonathan Siragusa combines his legal training and experience with his background in finance and business administration to represent and advise both public and private companies on a wide range of buy-side and sell-side transactions. These include mergers, acquisitions, equity financings and debt offerings for clients in in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, computer software, manufacturing and professional services industries. His experience includes advising C-suite executives on the M&A process, negotiating with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes and reduce his clients’ risk and managing internal teams to complete required due diligence prior to transactions.
He has experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of corporate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements and reorganization documents. Jonathan has also counseled clients regarding federal securities matters, regulatory filings and applicable stock exchange requirements.
While completing his JD/MBA at the University of Florida, Jonathan served as the president of the Business Strategy Club and competed in many international business case and negotiation competitions. Additionally, he completed an externship for the Honorable Maurice Paul of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
