- Advised Macquarie Asset Management on the sale of agribusiness division Lawson grains for AU$600 million.
- Advising Macquarie Asset Management (Viridis Ag) on the acquisition of broad acre farming properties.
- Advising Jandakot Airport with respect to real estate matters for its ongoing AU$1 billion redevelopment of Jandakot Airport aviation precinct and the commercial precinct into the biggest business and industrial park in Western Australia including drafting and negotiating a lease for a AU$100 million oil and gas service centre for General Electric Oil & Gas.
- Advising a private company on the redevelopment of an export grain handling facility with Southern Ports Authority and ship loading services agreement with Albany Bulk Handling at the Albany Port.
- Advised Prendiville Group on the simultaneous acquisition of nine hotels in three Australian jurisdictions from the Abu Dhabi sovereign fund.
- Advised Development WA to achieve and implement its key strategic objective of releasing and developing commercial and industrial land in Western Australia. In particular, the following major projects:
- In conjunction with WA Tourism, the Department of Health and DFES on the Westin hotel development and adjoining office tower
- Claremont Redevelopment Precinct
- Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct
- Australian Marine Complex at Henderson
- AU$500 million lithium processing plant with Tianqi Lithium Australia
- Kemberton on a AU$500 million lithium processing plant with Albemarle
- Ashburton on various pipeline matters
- Kwinana – Puma Energy on a diesel tank farm, Puma Energy on a bitumen plant
- Coogee Chemicals on various infrastructure pipelines for diesel and other caustic materials
- Advised Viridis Ag (Agricultural arm of Macquarie Bank) on the AU$300 million acquisition of the agricultural assets of Hassad Australia.
- Advised Lawson Grains Limited (Agricultural arm of Macquarie Bank) on the acquisition of broad acre farming properties.
- Advised Beidahuang Group on the acquisition of broad acre farming properties including FIRB approval.
- Advising Nyamba Bura Yawaru Aboriginal Corporation on property development and joint venture matters.
- Advised Central Agri Group on the acquisition of Carpenter Beef.
- Advising Boral on property development matters and disposal of real estate assets.
- Advised the Prendiville Group on the acquisition of the Brisbane Hotel.
- Advised the Prendiville Group on the acquisition of the Mangrove Beach Hotel in Broome.

- Advised Ascot Capital with the acquisition of a building in East Perth and the redevelopment of a 50-lot residential strata title development.
- Advised a private company on a 45-lot mixed use strata title development in Dalkeith.
- Advised a US sovereign fund on the acquisition of broad acre farming properties.
- Advised Ascot Capital in the acquisition of a CBD office building.
- Advised an ASX listed company on the acquisition of a pastoral lease.
- Advising Vibe Petroleum on the roll out of service stations in Western Australia.
- Advised a private company on due diligence for the purchase of 44 retail fast food outlets in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
- Advised a private developer on short stay accommodation developments in West Perth and Fremantle.
- Advising M Group on their property development matters.
- Advised a number of property developers in respect to developments with Quest serviced apartments.
- Advised a developer on a 9,000-lot residential housing development, including drafting joint venture agreements, development agreements and sale contracts.
- Advising Scope Property Group on the acquisition of aged care sites and lease back to Hall & Prior Health and Aged Care Group.
- Advised the Rae family on their leasing matters with Puma service stations throughout WA.
