Chrystie Swiney is an associate of the Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice in the Washington DC office, where she assists with public finance matters, healthcare public finance transactions and healthcare policy issues.

Chrystie has over 15 years of professional experience, including advising businesses, nongovernmental organizations and government entities on high-stakes international legal and policy matters.

Chrystie earned her JD from Harvard Law School, a Master’s Degree in Government from Georgetown University, and a Master’s in Philosophy from Oxford University. In addition to all listed, she obtained her BA from The College of William and Mary.

Chrystie is a widely published author and published three law review articles, two books, and many op-eds and blogs in reputable media sources. She serves as a board member and vice chair of the Mary Riley Styles Public Library’s Board of Trustees.
