    Tanya has more than 10 years of experience of advising clients in relation to the protection and exploitation of their intellectual property rights. She has considerable experience in advising clients in the media, advertising and marketing services sector in relation to client contracts, advertising content, production issues and branding advice.

    Tanya advises clients on agency, distribution, reseller and licensing arrangements and the drafting and negotiation of relevant documentation. She has expertise in advising clients in relation to IT outsourcing projects, software licenses, consultancy arrangements and e-commerce issues.

    • Drafting and negotiating some of the highest value, global advertising and media investment agreements.
    • Advising a major marketing communications group on a variety of group procurement agreements and outsourcing of technology solutions.
    • Advising recruitment agencies and clients receiving the services of temporary staff on the regulations affecting the industry and drafting suites of standard terms of business.
