Megan Todd-Jones is a lawyer in our Labour & Employment Practice Group, covering all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Megan has experience working with corporate clients across a broad range of sectors, mainly in the retail, construction and financial services sectors. She has also had experience working with higher education and healthcare clients.

    She has supported clients across the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This has included drafting and reviewing contracts and service agreements; redundancies; varying terms and conditions of employment; disciplinaries and grievances; dismissals; post termination restrictions; settlement agreements; and advising high-net-worth individuals on staffing issues.

    Megan regularly undertakes contentious work and has represented employer clients in claims of unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and various types of discrimination in the Employment Tribunal.

    Prior to working at the firm, Megan trained and spent some time working for a national law firm in Cambridge.
