    Real Estate

    • Acting for Australian Development Capital in the acquisition of a shopping centre, including due diligence reporting and settlement.
    • Acting for Canute Group in the financing and acquisition of major shopping centres in Western Australia, including due diligence reporting and settlement.
    • Assisting St Martins Properties to review all existing commercial office and retail leases for St Martins Centre asset.
    • Acting for Brookfield in its transfer of interest in the Bishops See site, including due diligence reporting, lease reviews, preparation and negotiation of the contract for sale, co-ownership documents and deeds of novation and attending settlement.
    • Acting for Brookfield in relation to various office and retail leases and associated licences in the Perth CBD, including Bishops See and 108 St Georges Terrace.
    • Acting for Desmar Holdings in relation to various commercial leases and associated licences.
    • Assisting in drafting, reviewing and providing legal and strategic advice regarding commercial leasing arrangements and the acquisition of new commercial ventures.
    • Assisting with a range of liquor licence applications in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
    • Advising the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority on a liquor licence strategy for a major precinct development in Perth CBD.
