Kety is an associate in our Competition − Antitrust Practice based in our Brussels office.

    Kety joined us in 2017 from the European Commission, where she worked as a member of the merger control unit of the Directorate-General for Competition. She is a Belgian lawyer but is fluent in English and French and is a native Greek and Italian speaker.

    Kety focuses her practice on a wide range of issues under EU competition law, with particular emphasis on merger control, abuse of dominance and cartel matters. She also advises on state aid.

    • Advising a European company on a significant EU anti-dumping investigation.

    • Advising a Belgian company on a notification for state aid measures in the renewable energy sector.
