Kathrin Uhl is a senior associate in the Litigation Practice Group based in the Böblingen office. She advises national and international clients on a broad variety of commercial and shipping and transportation matters. She is also versed in drafting commercial, general civil law, and logistics, transportation and warehousing contracts. Kathrin is specialized in litigation and represents her clients before court and arbitration bodies. She has particular experience in managing complex product liability disputes in the automotive industry, as well as in the field of shipping and transportation law.

    Before joining the firm in October 2018, Kathrin gained multiple years of experience as an associate to a German law firm based in Stuttgart, where she advised and represented national and international clients from the industrial and automotive sectors.

    • Advising commercial enterprises in the areas of maritime and shipping law, transportation law and international commercial law, as well as representing clients in courts throughout Germany.
