Kathrin Uhl is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group based in our Böblingen office. She advises national and international clients on a broad variety of commercial and shipping and transportation matters. She is also versed in drafting commercial, general civil law and shipping and transportation law contracts. Kathrin is specialized in litigation and represents her clients before court and arbitration bodies. She has particular experience in managing complex product liability disputes in the automotive industry.

    Before joining our firm in October 2018, Kathrin gained multiple years of experience as an associate to a German law firm based in Stuttgart, where she advised and represented national and international clients from the industrial and automotive sectors.
