Larisa's practice focuses on appellate litigation, including appeals from administrative agencies and motions practice. She has represented clients in a number of state and federal appellate courts. She has also represented petitioners and amici curiae before the US Supreme Court. Prior to joining the firm, Larisa clerked for The Honorable R. Guy Cole, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Before law school, Larisa worked for an aircraft engine manufacturer in technical and operational roles. During that time, she also earned a master's in Quantitative Analysis, a course of study focused on operations research and applied mathematics in a business environment.

  • Representing dozens of hospitals challenging the Medicare Outlier Program regulations over more than two decades to recover outlier underpayments and obtaining a remand from the D.C. Circuit.
  • Representing petitioners and intervenors before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
  • Obtaining reversal in Ohio Supreme Court on behalf of an auto manufacturer in a product liability suit.
  • Obtaining dismissal in a putative multistate products liability class action.
