Erica Van Heyde is a member of the Litigation Practice, where she assists clients on a range of matters, including commercial litigation, business disputes, white collar, and government investigations. Erica has experience handling all aspects of disputes, including negotiations and claims analysis, discovery management, and briefing procedural and dispositive issues.

Erica also counsels clients on the appropriate use of federal grants, particularly those issued under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) and further funded under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP).
