Sarah is a senior associate in the Labour & Employment team in our Leeds office.
Sarah's contentious experience involves defending a range of Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and various types of discrimination.
Sarah's noncontentious practice extends to advising on disciplinary matters, redundancy procedures, managing sickness and absence management and tackling capability issues. Sarah also regularly reviews and drafts contracts of employment, staff handbooks and settlement agreements (for both employees and senior executives).
Sarah has provided training workshops and presentations to clients and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
