Alice Wang has litigation experience across multiple areas of law, including commercial business litigation, automotive product warranty, insurance coverage and bad faith, general liability and employment. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including briefing and arguing pre-trial discovery, sanctions and dispositive motions; briefing post-trial motions and extraordinary writs; handling appeals; and obtaining and levying on pre-judgment writs of attachment and post-judgment writs of execution. She has represented the interests of clients in the courtroom, at deposition and in alternative dispute resolution.

    Alice served as an extern for the Securities Division of the Missouri Secretary of State and as a judicial intern for The Honorable James M. Smart of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.
