Ellen Wang acts for clients in the mining, resources and energy sectors. Her experience includes representing mining companies in international arbitration, advising petroleum companies and power companies in cross-border transactions, advising Chinese state-owned resources companies on their Australian projects and assisting foreign companies listing in Australia.

    Before working at the firm, Ellen worked at a UK international law firm (Australian office), an Australian national law firm, an Australian mining company and the Chinese government. In addition, Ellen was a lecturer for Australian Corporations Law and Australian Contract Law.

    Ellen is a member of China Power International Cooperation Union Legal Committee and a member of China Mining Association Legal Committee. Ellen is also the Advisor of Solar PV World Expo.
