James Washington is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group in Leeds. James advises on national and international transactions and has experience of acting for both banks and borrowers on lending, turnaround and restructuring transactions. He has acted on a variety of lending transactions with UK Clearing Banks, with a particular focus on leveraged and real estate finance.
