    • Specialised in corporate financing (syndicated, club and bilateral lending) and the development and financing of projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors (conventional and renewables), including oil, gas, water, mining and transportation.
    • Advising a financier on a loan facility to Papua New Guinea statutory corporation security taken over the Motukea and Lae Tidal Basin and working closely with key stakeholders, conducting due diligence and drafting and negotiating loan documents for project finance purposes.
    • Advising an overseas buyer on the acquisition of the rights to the construction of a solar power station and conducting due diligence on the loan documents regarding financial covenants and assignability rights, amongst other change control features.
    • Drafting a suite of precedent construction contracts for Power Water Corporation, including Minor Works – Design and Construct, Major Works – Design and Construct, Supply and Install, and consulting with various business teams in anticipation of drafting the suite of documents.
    • Advising a large utility provider regarding its contracts, request for tender process and contractor response on various projects including but not limited to a solar power project, the creation and submerging of water inlets, the construction of a pumping station, an electricity network upgrade, a water supply upgrade and advice on the construction of a large water tower, amongst other things.
    • Providing ongoing advice with regard to the land tenure, lease and federal government requirements of the Australian Immigration Detention Centre (Wickham Point) and the subsequent termination of such facility.
