Laura Will

Laura has experience in all aspects of company administrations and has seen through several administrations from appointment to termination, including advising on the validity of appointment and extending the term of administration via both creditor approval and court.

Laura’s expertise includes advising lenders in connection with security reviews and in the enforcement of their security, advising insolvency practitioners in relation to antecedent transactions, assisting on company voluntary arrangements and advising on the sale and purchase of businesses and assets in an insolvency context.

Laura also has experience of insolvency in-house, after completing a six-month secondment at Lloyds Bank.
