Gerald practises primarily in the areas of labour and employment, and immigration, as part of the regional team serving Asia Pacific, including China, Japan, India, Southeast Asia and South Korea.
Gerald advises on a wide range of employment and immigration matters, including employment documentations (including personal data and intellectual property), benefits and compensations, disputes, harassment and discrimination, unions, workplace health and safety, public policy consultation, immigration and mobility issues and regulatory non-compliances, audits and representations. He also assists global companies undertake regional workforce reorganisation (i.e. RIF) exercises, compliance and best practices audits and employee investigations.
Gerald has experience in intellectual property prosecution work in the region and beyond.
