Mabel is an associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency team. Mabel’s experience is primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation. She represents clients in a broad range of contentious commercial disputes, including high-profile securities class actions in the Federal Court of Australia, claims in relation to breaches of the Corporations Act and contract disputes.

    Prior to joining our Restructuring & Insolvency team, Mabel worked as a paralegal in the Construction team at the firm’s Sydney office, where she assisted in several complex matters, including disputes in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and in foreign jurisdictions.

    • Acting for the applicants and group members in several class actions brought by investors against Standard & Poor’s and ANZ Banking Group Ltd relating to the assignment of credit ratings and distribution of synthetic collateralised debt obligations.
