    • Represented a UK-based leading refractory engineering solutions provider in the sale of its 100% equity interest in a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise to a Brazilian company, including advising on antitrust issues and drafting and reviewing the Share Purchase Agreement, Disclosure Schedule, Escrow Agreement, Foreign Loan Assignment Agreement, Employee Transfer Agreement and other auxiliary documents to effect the equity transfer.
