Yvonne Yap advises energy producers on all aspects of energy and resources law. Her focus is primarily on litigated disputes in the Western Australian Courts or before the Electricity Review Board.

    Yvonne has significant experience as a litigator. She is well versed in advising clients on the prospects of success in a litigated matter and has conducted successful negotiations to settle disputes. Yvonne is well placed to advocate for her clients, and has appeared as counsel at trial and at interlocutory applications in the Magistrates and District Courts.
