Peter Zapf’s practice focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

    Before joining us, Peter was an associate at a major Germany-based law firm for four years. He also worked as a secondee for six months at an investment bank.

    Peter advises international and German clients on corporate law matters, with regard to corporate housekeeping and in merger and acquisition transactions.

    • Advising the owners of a German data center provider in the sale of their company to a listed Japanese corporation.
    • Advising a Japanese blue chip corporation in the sale of its worldwide diagnostics division to a US purchaser.
    • Advising a US client with regard to the intra-group merger of its German affiliates pursuant to the provisions of the German Law regulating the Transformation of Companies.
    • Advising international clients with regard to German corporate housekeeping maters and the establishment of subsidiaries.
