    • Advising Rosneft in connection with a number of strategic joint ventures in Russia and outbound investments in the EU and the Middle East.
    • Advising RDIF, individually and together with its co-investors, on their various investments in the Russian businesses of major international companies across a range of industry sectors.
    • Advising INTER RAO UES on a circa US$12 billion consolidation of various Russian power generation and distribution assets, including the US$2.273 billion acquisition of 79.2% shares in OGK-3 from Norilsk Nickel in exchange for new shares issued by INTER RAO UES and an intended acquisition of a power distribution business controlled by a Russian high-net-worth individual.
    • Advising Coalco on the disposals of its 20% stake in Metalloinvest to VTB Bank, of a business center project in Moscow to Hals Development and of three real estate projects in Moscow to VTB Group.
    • Advising a major Asian NOC in connection with a bid for a stake in Arctic LNG 2 project.
    • Advising a consortium of major Asian NOCs in connection with an intended investment in Yamal LNG LLC, including an extensive due diligence review of the relevant subsoil rights.
    • Advising Yamal LNG LLC in connection with LNG offtake arrangements.
    • Advising Schlumberger on its various acquisitions in Russia.
    • Advising an independent European refiner on an intended acquisition of major oil refining, storage and transportation assets in the UK from an IOC.
    • Advising Sigdo Koppers on its US$790 million acquisition of Magotteaux Group through an auction process.
