About Agathe
Agathe Bertaim is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group, based in the Paris office.
Her legal practice focuses on prelitigation stages, judicial proceedings, expert-appraisal proceedings and out-of-court settlements, with a particular focus on commercial disputes and insurance cases involving industrial risks, life sciences and environmental liability.
Agathe holds two master’s degrees from Panthéon-Assas University in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution law, as well as in international business law. She is fluent in French and English.
Prior to joining the firm, Agathe gained experience in litigation and international arbitration in law firms based in Paris and Asia.
