About Alex
Alex Kelly is a senior associate in the Labour & Employment team. Alex qualified into the team in September 2019, following completion of her training contract with the firm.
Alex advises on a full range of employment law-related issues. She carries out employment tribunal litigation, corporate support and general advisory work, as well as drafting/reviewing all types of employment documentation.
Experience
- Advising on matters at the Employment Tribunal, defending a variety of claims, including constructive/unfair dismissal, discrimination and wage disputes.
- Providing corporate support in relation to employment matters for both vendors and buyers on acquisition, including due diligence.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating key contractual documents, including service agreements.
- Advising companies and individuals on exits, including negotiating settlement agreements.
- Conducting training seminars for clients on a variety of topics, including redundancies, tackling difficult exits and conducting grievance and disciplinary investigations.
