About Alexander
Alex Al-Doory is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, concentrating on transactional, regulatory and compliance matters for clients in a variety of industries.
He is experienced in a range of securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic combinations, and advises clients on Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and corporate governance.
Alex was formerly a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin in the US District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
