Allen has experience managing cases from inception to resolution, including prelitigation negotiations and settlements, taking and defending expert depositions, mediation and second chairing jury trial.
Allen’s prior practice included defending individual and corporate clients in cases involving personal injury, breach of fiduciary duty and premise liability.
