  • Represented a US-based design firm in DIAC proceedings arising from multiple retail and hotel construction projects in the Middle East.
  • Represented an international mechanical services company in LCIA proceedings arising from a dispute over an agency agreement to sell products and services in Saudi Arabia.
  • Represented a software company in an ICC arbitration arising out of a software licensing agreement.
  • Represented an international investment company in an AAA-ICDR arbitration arising out of a guaranty.
  • Advised a Middle East petroleum company on its concession agreements in north Africa.
