Arnaud Lafarge is a partner in the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate practices in the Paris office.

Arnaud has extensive experience in public and private M&A and private equity.

Arnaud advises domestic and foreign companies on M&A transactions, as well as private equity funds on leveraged buyouts, venture capital and development capital transactions.

In addition, Arnaud has extensive experience in transactions involving securities matters (such as tender offers, pipe transactions, squeeze out and public to private transactions).
