About Athina
Athina Maneli is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, based in our London office. Athina advises on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advice.
She trained in the Corporate team as a paralegal and has experience in providing company secretarial support. Athina has also undertaken a client secondment to Birmingham City Football Club.

- Acted for Knighthead Capital Management, LLC on the acquisition of Birmingham City Football Club.
