About Bradley

Brad Thompson is a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Corporate Practice Groups, concentrating his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

In his M&A and corporate work, Brad has represented clients operating in several industries, including financial services, construction, manufacturing, retail, technology and other industrial sectors.

Brad has counseled strategic buyers/sellers and private equity firms (both in platform and add-on transactions) throughout his involvement in numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with an aggregate value of more than US$3 billion.

Prior to his legal career, Brad worked as an underwriter and obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
