Carlos Duque is a Colombian qualified lawyer with wide experience as a P&I and H&M Correspondent in different countries in Latin America.
He has worked for most of the IG P&I Clubs on several casualties, including groundings, collisions, fires, cargo claims, injured crewmembers, drugs found onboard and more. His work with our firm covers a broad range of maritime and shipping disputes (both wet and dry), as well as non-contentious shipping matters.
