About Caroline
Caroline Long is an associate in our Financial Services Practice Group, based in our Atlanta office. Caroline advises public and private clients on corporate governance issues, commercial financing, capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions.
While in law school, Caroline represented Georgia State as an exchange student at Aarhus University in Denmark, where she engaged with other legal professionals from around the globe and studied international law. She is a member of Georgia State University’s chapter of the Order of the Coif.
