Chandler R. Harris

Chandler Harris is a senior associate in our Tampa office, where he focuses his practice on corporate governance, securities and M&A matters for public and private companies. His practice includes advising companies and their boards of directors regarding securities reporting and compliance obligations, as well as proxy disclosure.

He represents both issuers and underwriters in public and private capital markets offerings, including unsecured notes, preferred stock, common stock and special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) IPOs.

Chandler counsels public companies in their compliance with Securities Act and Exchange Act requirements, and advises clients on strategic matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures for buyers and sellers across a range of industries.
